The Preventing Unwanted Life-Sustaining Treatment by Eliciting Seriously Ill Veterans’ Care Preferences (PERSIVED) QUERI was funded in November 2020, with Dr. Cari Levy serving as Co-PI with Dr. Mary Ersek of the Philadelphia VA. The five-year project will enroll VA sites across the country to assist in improving documentation of life-sustaining treatment preferences for Veterans by working with VA staff in both HBPC and CNH programs.
