Jess Indresano is an implementation science researcher and external facilitator with VA Puget Sound's Center of Innovation for Veteran-Centered Value-Driven Care. Their research interests include implementation, health care access, and health equity. They are currently the lead implementation facilitator on an enterprise-wide telehealth initiative expanding access to specialty pain care in rural communities. Jess received their MPH in Community-Oriented Public Health Practice from the University of Washington.
