Setting Up a Program for Success


To increase the chances of successful implementation, it is important to involve the correct implementing partners, to understand the current environment (existing processes, roles, etc.), to plan for implementation, and to adapt the program/intervention/initiative to the site and staff needs. We will take a look at each one of these elements below.
